Set this on the badge creation or edit screen. Badges with no eligibility rules set continue to work as they do today, open to everyone. | - Admins | No | | [Create User Form Field Configuration](/v1/docs/user-attributes) | Admins can now choose which fields appear on the **Create User** form and mark any field as required, from **Configure** > **User Attributes**. This covers both default profile fields and custom fields, and required fields are enforced everywhere a user is created, including API provisioning and SCIM. **First Name**, **Last Name**, and login method stay locked as always shown and required. | - Admins | No | ## Kiki | Feature | Description | Who it’s For | Action Required? | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Audience-Based AI Feature Access](/v1/docs/ai-assistant-setup-and-administration#enabling-the-ai-assistant) | Super Admins can now restrict individual AI features, including Kiki, to specific audiences from **Configure** > **AI Features**, instead of only choosing **Admins Only** or **Everyone**. Select **Specific Audiences** for a feature, then choose one or more existing Smart Audiences to control who sees it. | - Super Admins | No | ## Mentoring | Feature | Description | Who it’s For | Action Required? | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Manual Relationship Creation and Management](/v1/docs/editing-and-managing-spaces) | Admins can now manually match a mentor and mentee by email address or name, without waiting for self-matching. Admins can also assign or change a user's mentoring role from the new **Mentoring**, **Coaching**, or **Sponsorship** tab on the Space management screen in **Manage** > **Spaces**. | - Programme Admins | No | ## Mobile | Feature | Description | Who it’s For | Action Required? | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Guided Permissions Onboarding](/v1/docs/speech-to-text-for-thrive-mobile-app) | New installs now show each device permission (push notifications, Face ID, camera, and more) one at a time on its own screen, with a plain-language explanation of what it's for, instead of all at once. | - New Users | No | ## Platform | Feature | Description | Who it’s For | Action Required? | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Email Custom Field Type](/v1/docs/user-attributes#custom-fields) | Admins can now create a custom field of type **Email**, letting learners store and optionally verify secondary email addresses on their profile. Verification and uniqueness can each be toggled per field, and up to 20 email fields are supported per tenant. | - Super Admins | No | ## Technical Enhancements and Bug Fixes For a comprehensive list of minor enhancements, security updates, and bug fixes included in this release, go to our official [Product Changelog](https://changelog.thrivelearning.com/).
