It allows administrators to configure tasks that pull in relevant materials from selected providers and channels. Once imported, content can be tagged, filtered, and shared with specific users or groups, ensuring content management remains efficient and up to date. > [!WARNING] > Important: > > Auto Curation can import a massive volume of content quickly. Since Thrive does not have a bulk delete function for content, carefully review the number of items being imported (confirmed twice by the system) to avoid labour-intensive, one-by-one deletion of unwanted items. ## Auto Curating Content 1. From the Thrive menu, go to **Configure** > **Auto Curation**. The **Auto Curation** screen appears, displaying any active auto curation tasks. ![Thrive Tribe configuration page showing Auto Curation settings and task options.](https://cdn.document360.io/3a0609fb-d96c-4ce1-aabe-d9338fb1e858/Images/Documentation/image(294).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T16%3A54%3A06Z&se=2026-11-05T17%3A54%3A06Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7D7wvtK3erDaopNtNcGNomi1W1kFHKg%2BNjjItSduHu4%3D) 2. Instead, you must browse through the available channels and apply filters to narrow down the relevant content before importing it. **Q: Is there a way to determine which topic a piece of content falls under before setting up a new auto-curate rule?** **A:** Yes. The category structures are provided by Udemy via their API and should follow a similar structure to those on Udemy’s site. **Q: Do skills and topics get automatically added to auto-curated content?** **A:** Yes. If Udemy content includes associated skill and topic tags, these will automatically be created in Thrive and applied to the imported content. **Q: How does completion tracking work?** **A:** The integration supports xAPI statements, enabling completion tracking for imported content. **Q: What happens if I accidentally auto-curate hundreds of content items into my** Thrive **site?** **A:** ⚠ There is no way to undo an auto-curation task.
