We’ve built Thrive from the ground up to take advantage of modern cloud application design and architecture. As a result, we offer customers a scalable and highly available platform, without the need for manual upgrades or version management.
Regions and Infrastructure
Thrive is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) regions selected to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Thrive is currently hosted in two AWS regions:
AWS UK (London) Region, eu-west-2, consisting of three Availability Zones.
AWS Middle East (UAE) Region, me-central-1, consisting of three Availability Zones.
Customer data is stored and processed within the region where the customer is hosted. Backups are stored in the same region.
All application components run within secure AWS virtual private clouds (VPCs), with access controlled by Thrive’s infrastructure team. Network traffic between platform components is restricted to private networks, and external connections to the platform are protected using encrypted channels.
