# Structures & Audiences

The **Structures & Audiences** section covers how to manage and organise user groups in Thrive. From a single overview screen, you can see all your Structures at a glance, search across Structures and Audiences, and drill into any Structure to manage its settings, Audiences, and assignments in one place. Effective Audience management ensures users see the right content, receive relevant notifications, and have access to the right features.

## The Structures Screen

In the Thrive menu, go to **Manage** > **Structures & Audiences**.

The **All structures** table lists every Structure you have permission to manage, showing each one’s membership type, number of Audiences, members, and content.

Use the search bar to find any Structure or Audience across your whole organisation – results show the parent Structure for each match, so you can go straight to what you need.

Click a Structure’s name to open its detail view, or click the vertical ellipsis icon (**⋮**) in the **Actions** column to:

- **Edit structure**: Change the Structure’s name, content visibility and sharing settings, or membership options.
- **Delete structure**: Permanently remove the Structure.

To find an Audience: on the **All structures** table, open its parent Structure to reveal its Audiences, then click the Audience’s name.

> Note:
> 
> You’ll only see the Structures and Audiences you have permission for. For example, if a Structure contains 10 Audiences but you manage only one, you’ll only see that one Audience and its parent Structure.
