The purpose of BRG_CONTENT_TRANSLATIONS is to join to DIM_CONTENT_SERVICE_CONTENTS, many to 1, to establish what individual translations are available for content in the platform
Content which does not have any available translations logged against it will still be included within this table, however the translation code will show as ‘no content translation’
