This feedback shapes future recommendations over time, helping the model become more accurate and reducing the need for admins to manually curate Hub content to keep it relevant. | | Platform Navigation Redesign | Thrive's platform navigation will begin evolving toward a refreshed design, rolled out gradually so the change feels like a steady evolution rather than a sudden switch. | ## Integrations | Feature | Description | | --- | --- | | [Platform Integrations](/v1/docs/platform-integrations) | Admins will be able to turn integrations on for the organisation and choose which areas of Thrive can use each one from a new **Platform integrations** screen in **Configure**. Users will then connect and manage their own services – including Google Calendar and Outlook/Teams – from a matching **Integrations** screen in their account settings. | ## Pathways | Feature | Description | | --- | --- | | Optional Content and Sections in Pathways | Pathway authors will be able to mark individual content items or whole sections as optional, so learners can complete a pathway without engaging with that material, while their engagement with it is still tracked in reporting. | ## Skills, Goals, and CPD | Feature | Description | | --- | --- | | Proficiency Framework on Platform Management | A new **Manage** > **Roles** screen will let admins create job roles, automatically assign users to them using rule-based membership, and set the skills and expected proficiency level each role should hold. | | Competency Framework: Learner Role and Skills View | Learners will be able to see the role they're mapped to on the **Learn** > **Skills** page, compare their current skill levels against what that role expects, and check how they measure up against any other role they're interested in. |
