# Compliance Management

| Assignments | Thrive supports both recurring and non-recurring assignments with an easy to use slider to set the completion period. |
| Certification | A consolidated record of completed assigned learning. |
| Development log | Track and view user's development log to see if they are hitting their specified hours. |
| Equivalence | Thrive enables you to assign multiple pieces of content to one single assignment. Completion of any of the content selected will complete the assignment. |
| Import learning history | Bring completion history in from a previous system. |
| Observed assessment | An Assessment block for verifying practical, on-the-job skills on web and mobile. |
| Reminders | Automatically send reminders to users about mandatory training that are due soon or overdue. |
| Track completions with reporting | Allow admins and audience managers to track completion of mandatory training on the platform. View who is complete, outstanding or due soon. |
