# Events Tab

The **Events tab** gives leaders a view of event attendance, cancellations, and waitlists across their audience(s). Visuals have a maximum lag of six hours.

## **Key Visuals**

- **Attendance rate**: Percentage of users who attended out of all registered, cancelled, and not attended.
- **Average days on waitlist**: Average time users spend waiting – a high value can point to capacity or waitlist-processing issues.
- **Total waitlisted**: Number of users currently on an active waitlist.
- **Cancellation rate** and **Cancellation breach rate**: Percentage of cancellations, and what percentage of those came in after the cancellation deadline.
- **Why are people cancelling?**: A breakdown of cancellation reasons (for example, annual leave, no longer required).
- **Monthly attendance rate** and **Monthly cancellation breach rate**: Trends over time.
- **Events by status**: Registered, attended, cancelled, and not attended, by event.
- **Waitlist detail** and **Event detail**: Full tables of individual waitlist and registration records.

A training session that may have one or multiple occurrences. Events can be in-person or webinar-based, with booking, reminders, and attendance tracking.
