> FCT_CPD_REQUIREMENTS relates to Continuing Professional Development time required for each user. It can be joined to DIM_USER_SERVICE_USERS on User ID, 1 to 1, to show which users have a CPD requirement

> [!WARNING]
> One row per Tenant ID, per User ID to be returned. Priority is dependant upon the maximum hours required, then ordered by Doc Updated At DESC
