Mixed Media | A blended piece of content which can include a variety of different information including text, images, quizzes, videos, links and more. AI tools are available when creating mixed media, allowing you to create courses, scripts, text, images, video, and quizzes using AI tools. |

Professional development - CPD training log | Thrive has the capability for users to log development hours that they have done both on and off the platform. This is separate to their platform learning record. |
Discussions and comments (questions) | Encourage your users to ask questions and post images on the platform using the Question feature to seek out answers from anyone in the business. This can help form discussions and create a bank of FAQs that future users can also benefit from. |
Comment disabling | Administrators can now choose to turn on or off commenting to prevent users from commenting on content and to control the narrative on information only posts. |
Personalised search | Thrive’s search functionality helps users find content and answers on the platform easily and that is also relevant to them. Users can also refine these results by using the filters available such as content type, Tags and association. Thrive’s AI Assistant, Kiki, can also support providing answers and suggesting content based on natural language search queries. |
xAPI activity tracking | Thrive supports a number of widely adopted standards for tracking learning activity such as xAPI. |
Collaborations | Allows assigned groups of users to post and share new or existing content on behalf of an internal team, brand, or subject. Complete with their own unique name and thumbnail. |
