# How To Run A Compliance Report

**Running a compliance report** allows super admins, learning admins, or audience managers to track mandatory content assigned to an audience. You can also select which user profile fields to include in the report. The following steps will guide you through the process of running a compliance report.

## Running a Compliance Report

1. In the Thrive menu, go to **Insights** > **Platform** > **Compliance**. The **Compliance** screen displays all compliance training assignments for every audiences on your platform.
2. To narrow your search, use the **Filter** dropdown to select a specific audience.
3. To see data for a specific training assignment, click the assignment itself.

> 
> You can also access training data from the audience management screen. Go to **Manage** > **Structures & Audiences**, select the desired audience, and click **Assignments** to see all assignments for that audience.
4. To export the compliance data, click **EXPORT**.
5. When the export is complete, click **DOWNLOAD** to get the report as a CSV file.

The downloaded report can now be opened in a spreadsheet editor for analysis.
