## New Features

- **Skills Overview Tab:** Leaders and reporting managers now have a centralised workspace within the Team and Leadership dashboards to track skill adoption, visualise coverage, and identify specific gaps relative to targets with data that refreshes every 6 hours.
- **LinkedIn Certification Sharing:** Showcase your professional growth beyond the Thrive platform. You can now [share earned certifications directly to your LinkedIn profile](/v1/docs/certification-is-here-1#sharing-your-success-on-linkedin) to celebrate milestones or automatically populate your profile's licenses & certifications section.
- **External Content iFrames in Spaces:** Bring your external tools and data directly into your collaborative workflows. You can now embed external web pages, dashboards, and interactive tools within any [Space](/v1/docs/spaces) using an iFrame.
- **Nested Pages for Spaces:** Transform Spaces into structured, multi-page hubs by creating hierarchical child pages, manageable via a new admin interface and navigated by learners through an expandable tree-view "Explore" box.
- **Mentorship Notifications:** Stay aligned with automated email and in-platform alerts for new matches, session updates, and upcoming reminders. These notifications are enabled by default to ensure reliable communication but can be managed via a new toggle in your notification settings.

### Enhancements

- **Localised Languages:** Language names are now displayed in their native translations making navigation more intuitive for global users.
- **Upgraded Date Picker:** Enjoy a smoother, faster experience when selecting and viewing dates across the platform.
- **UI Responsiveness:** Removed animation delays when unhovering widgets for a more responsive feel.
- **Refined Notifications:** A streamlined UX makes managing your alerts easier and less distracting.
- **RTE Tooltips:** Hover over any dropdown in the Rich Text Editor toolbar to see exactly what it does.
- **Carousel Improvements:** You can now pin specific items to your carousels and view detailed metadata at a glance.
- **Expanded Titles:** Mixed content titles now support up to 150 characters.

### **Integrations**

- **Enhanced Image Support for Teams Widget:** The Teams messaging widget now correctly displays secure (signed) images.

### **Admin and Configuration**

- **Localised Onboarding:** The sign-up process now automatically adopts the tenant’s default language and time zone settings, ensuring a smoother start for new users.
- **Partner Customisation:** For SAP partners, the carousel has been updated to specifically feature "My Learning Zone" branding.

## Technical Refinements

### **Security and Compliance**

- **SSO Security:** SSO sessions now terminate immediately upon user logout.
- **Access Control:** Prevented users from adding disabled widgets via direct URL access.
- **Disclaimer Update:** Refreshed the third-party processor disclaimer to ensure users have the latest compliance information.
- **API Pagination:** Enforced a maximum `perPage` limit of 1,000 records to protect platform performance; requests exceeding this will return an HTTP 422 error.
