# Monitoring Pathway Completion

As an admin, you can **track which users have completed a pathway and monitor overall progress**.

To monitor a pathway, click **ACTIVITY** on the pathway you want to review.

This will open the **Pathway** tab, which displays a summary of the pathway's engagement, including views, likes, and shares.

For more detailed information, use the tabs below:

- **People:** Find a list of users who have viewed the pathway, along with their individual progress (%), total visits, and when they started. You can also see if they've liked, commented on, or shared the content.
- **Activity:** This tab gives you insight into a user's behaviour, showing how long they viewed the pathway, how they found it, and who they shared it with.
- **Assigned:** Monitor completion rates for different groups. See which audiences the pathway is assigned to, how many people are in each group, and a completion bar.
- **Upload CSV:** Use this tab to upload a CSV file directly to learners' profiles. Click **Download a template CSV** for a pre-formatted guide.

> Note:
> 
> Pathway progress only updates when the learner views the pathway page. If content is completed outside the pathway, the progress won't be calculated or displayed until the learner visits the pathway again.
