# Summarise Content

The **Summarise Content** feature allows administrators to enable AI-generated summaries for PDFs, articles, videos, and pathways. Other content types are not currently compatible with the Summarise Content feature. This tool helps learners quickly grasp the key points of a learning resource, improving content navigation and saving time. Each time the content is accessed, the AI provides an updated summary to ensure the information remains relevant and concise.

## Generating an AI Summary

1. Select the piece of content you wish to summarise.
2. Click the **Summarise** button associated with that content item.

An updated summary is produced and displayed for the content.

## Enabling Summarise Content

1. 2. Toggle **Summarise Content** on.
3. If you only want administrators to generate summaries, select **Admins only**.
4. Click **Save**.

The Content Summarise feature is now enabled and configured for your platform.
