# Spaces

**Spaces** are dedicated thematic areas in Thrive facilitating member connectivity, collaboration, and the sharing of content relevant to a common topic, team, or professional interest. Spaces enable administrators to establish themed environments where teams can access relevant resources and engage with one another.

Only Super Admins can initially create Spaces, but they can designate any user to be an administrator or editor of a Space. For example, a Super Admin can nominate a subject-matter expert to be an administrator of a relevant Space, enabling them to add and remove resources.

## The Spaces Screen

To access **Spaces**, in the Thrive menu, go to **Manage** > **Spaces**.

- **View published**: Open the Space’s current live version.
- **Create new draft**: Start a new draft from the published version, so you can make changes without affecting what learners see.
- **Duplicate page**: Create a copy of the Space to use as a starting point for a new one.
- **Add subpage**: Add a page nested beneath the Space’s homepage.
- **Delete**: Permanently remove the Space. This can’t be undone.

Any learning material in Thrive, including courses, quizzes, videos, documents, external links, and user-generated resources. Content serves to educate, engage, and assess learners, supporting a wide range of learning experiences across the platform.
