Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) is a secure and private service for sending files over the internet. You can also securely upload reports on a one-time basis via a manual CSV upload. We utilize full files and delete rows that are not present in each transfer.
Why connect via SFTP rather than API?
Security: Some security teams have pre-approved SFTP, enabling a quicker and smoother integration process especially if they are new to API-based integrations.
Data Privacy: With SFTP you have full control over what data you share.
Familiarity: Administrators are often already familiar and experienced with setting up SFTP integrations.
Data Format and Expectations
Employee Type and Work Type must align with predefined values to ensure consistency.
Email addresses must be unique within the system.
Required fields must be provided for every user record.

Testing and Deployment
A staging environment will be available for SFTP integration testing.
Test cases will validate:
Field mappings and data integrity.
Error handling for missing/incorrect data.
System behaviour for updates, deletions, and new entries.
Deployment will be monitored to ensure stability.
