# What Domains Might Need To Be Added To The Allowlist By IT?

What might organisations need to ask their IT to added to the allowlist in order to ensure Thrive can be accessed fully by all staff?

## Production Site

***.learn.link -** all of our services use the learn.link domain so it is easiest to just allow the entire domain using the * wildcard.

If you do not wish to unblock the entire domain, you can limit it to just the required subdomains:

**[sitename].learn.link**

***.api.learn.link -** used for all services

***.admin.learn.link -** used for the admin app

***.assets.learn.link -** used for tag and branding images

***.cdn.growthbook.io -** used for feature toggles

## Production Site Emails

**mail.learn.link -** All emails get sent from: noreply@mail.learn.link - so if required allow the entire domain **mail.learn.link**

## Staging Site

***.learnstaging.link -** all of our services use the learnstaging.link domain so it is easiest to just allow the entire domain using the * wildcard.

If you do not wish to unblock the entire domain, you can limit it to just the required subdomains:

If required, please pass this onto your IT team to ensure the whole site can be added to the alllowlist / whitelist

Analytics emails for scheduled liveboards and alerts will be sent from: insights@thrivelearning.com [**bam.eu01.nr-data.net**](http://bam.eu01.nr-data.net/) - Tool used by our engineering team to monitor the health of the platform.
