This keeps ownership with the group, so content stays consistent even as people join or leave. 1. In the Thrive menu, Go to **Manage** > **Collaborations**. 2. Click **+ Create new collaboration**. 3. In **Create new collaboration**, enter a unique **Collaboration name**. 4. Click **Create**. You’ll land directly on the new collaboration’s page, where you can set its avatar, add members, and manage permissions from the **Published content**, **Members**, and **Settings** tabs. > [!NOTE] > Note: > > For details on what members can do in a collaboration, see [Collaboration Permissions](/v1/docs/collaboration-permissions). ## Adding Members to a Collaboration 1. Click the **Members** tab. 2. Click **+ Add members**. 3. Search for and select the users you want to add. 4. Click **Add members**. The users are now members of the collaboration. > [!NOTE] > Note: > > New members receive a notification when they’re added. For details, see [Notifications for Collaborations](/v1/docs/what-notifications-will-collaborators-receive).
