Instead of switching between apps to check a calendar, inbox, or task list, users can add the relevant widgets to their personal Hub and see everything at a glance. Widgets are grouped by category below. Use the toggles on the **Widgets** tab in [Hub Configuration](/docs/hub-configuration) to control which ones are available for users to add. > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Enabling a widget makes it available for users to add – it doesn't add it to their Hub automatically. Users add enabled widgets themselves from their own Hub. For more information, see [Using Hub](/v1/docs/hub#using-hub). ## Learning | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **Learning** | Allows users to track learning items, overdue tasks, and upcoming events. This widget is always enabled for all users. | ## CRM | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **HubSpot** | Allows users to add a HubSpot widget to see a snapshot of their deals, leads, and activity from HubSpot CRM in Hub | ## Calendar | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **Google Calendar** | Allows users to add a Google Calendar widget to see upcoming meetings in Hub | | **Microsoft Outlook** | Allows users to add an Outlook Calendar widget to see upcoming meetings in Hub | | **Microsoft Teams** | Allows users to add a Teams Calendar widget to see upcoming meetings in Hub | ## Email | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **Google Mail** | Allows users to add a Google Mail widget to see recent emails in Hub | | **Microsoft Outlook** | Allows users to add an Outlook Mail widget to see recent emails in Hub | ## Messaging | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **Microsoft Teams** | Allows users to add a Teams widget to see recent Teams messages in Hub | ## Tasks The **Tasks** widgets let users see and manage their assigned tasks from a connected tool directly in Hub. Each user connects their own account to view task name, status, priority, due dates, and tags. > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Task connectors are a paid add-on, enabled on request. To switch on any of the connectors below, speak with your Account Director. | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **Jira** | Allows users to add a Jira widget to see and manage their assigned Jira tasks in Hub | | **Microsoft Planner** | Allows users to add a Microsoft Planner widget to see and manage their assigned Planner tasks in Hub | | **Linear** | Allows users to add a Linear widget to see and manage their assigned Linear tasks in Hub | ## Time Off The **Time Off** widget lets users view their annual leave entitlement, booked leave, and remaining balance from a connected HR platform directly in Hub. Users connect their own account once an admin has configured the provider. | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **BambooHR** | Allows users to add a BambooHR widget to view their time off balance, see upcoming time off, and book time off in Hub > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Enabling BambooHR requires a Subdomain – the unique part of your BambooHR URL. For example, if your URL is [thrive.bamboohr.com](http://thrive.bamboohr.com), enter thrive. To let users book time off, BambooHR needs extra setup first. For details, see the [BambooHR setup guide](/v1/docs/time-off-widget-configuring-custom-access-levels-in-bamboohr). | ## Utility | Widget | Description | | --- | --- | | **Link** | Allows users to add external links to Hub | | **Note** | Allows users to add a Notes widget to jot down and keep notes directly in Hub | | **To do** | Allows users to add a To do widget to create and manage personal task lists in Hub | ## Recommending Widgets Super Admins can recommend a widget to specific audiences, so it’s suggested to them on their Hub. 1. On the **Widgets** tab, click **…** on an enabled widget and select **Recommend**. ![Google Calendar widget settings show an enabled toggle and Recommend option in the overflow menu.](https://cdn.document360.io/3a0609fb-d96c-4ce1-aabe-d9338fb1e858/Images/Documentation/image(959).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T15%3A28%3A27Z&se=2026-11-05T16%3A28%3A27Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=%2BL6d%2FXu7az%2BYWKKYhEd0tEdLmaMN4suEGMcZnn0oBRI%3D) 2. In the **Add audience** modal, choose the audiences that should see the widget suggested on their Hub – anyone who already has it won’t see the suggestion. Recommended widgets appear to users with an **Add to my Hub** button, or they can dismiss the suggestion instead. See [Responding to Recommended Widgets](/v1/docs/hub#responding-to-recommended-widgets) for what this looks like for users.
