# Insights

The **Insights** section (also known as Thrive Analyse) is your go-to resource for understanding learning trends, content engagement, and team performance within your organisation. It's designed to help you make data-driven decisions to improve learning and development.

> You’ll only see the dashboards and tabs for the features switched on for your organisation – if a feature is disabled, its dashboard or tab won’t appear.

Thrive offers six powerful dashboards, each tailored to different roles and reporting needs:

- **Overview Dashboard:** Gives you a quick, at-a-glance view of learning activity and compliance across your organisation – the default view when you open Insights.
- **Leadership Dashboard:** Provides a high-level view of learning and engagement across large groups, perfect for senior leaders and auditors.
- **Content Dashboard:** Gives content managers a detailed look at how their content is performing, including engagement and consumption patterns.
- **Search & AI Dashboard:** Provides deep insights into user search behaviour, allowing you to see what users are looking for, what they are finding, and where content gaps may exist.
- **Team Dashboard:** Offers line managers a granular view of their team members' progress, skill development, and mandatory learning status.
- **Spaces Dashboard:** Gives admins a dedicated view of how Spaces are being created and used across the organisation, including membership, content volume, and visibility.

In addition to these dashboards, this section contains [Enablement Guides](/v1/docs/enablement-1) to help you master advanced reporting features and maximise the value of your data.
