Whether you're looking for a specific course, an upcoming event, or a colleague's profile, Search surfaces the most relevant results and gives you flexible tools to narrow them down. ![Search bar interface with notification icon indicating unread alerts and pinned content.](https://cdn.document360.io/3a0609fb-d96c-4ce1-aabe-d9338fb1e858/Images/Documentation/image(450).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T18%3A05%3A25Z&se=2026-11-05T19%3A05%3A25Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=TAhdWaPL2XIWkoscF8gdks87xAgUDPVNqGvWeurH9eA%3D) ## Intelligent Search Thrive uses Intelligent Search to deliver smarter, more relevant results. It combines traditional keyword matching with vector search to understand the intent behind your query – not just the words themselves. For shorter queries (up to three words), Thrive blends both methods to balance precision and relevance. For longer, more natural-language queries, vector search takes the lead, surfacing the most useful content even when it doesn't include your exact keywords. All content is searchable, including titles, subtitles, descriptions, articles, and mixed content. To search for an exact phrase, put your query in quotation marks. Thrive will return only results that match your keywords exactly. All content is searchable, including titles, subtitles, descriptions, articles, mixed content, and content within supported eLearning packages. ## Sorting Results Use the sort buttons at the top left of the Search screen to change the order of your results: - **Relevant:** Displays results ranked by how closely they match your search query. This is the default view. - **Recent:** Shows the most recently published or updated content first. - **Popular:** Surfaces content with the highest engagement across the platform. - **Created:** Orders results by creation date, with the newest first. ## Filtering Results Use the filter options at the top right of the Search screen to narrow your results.
