This role enables the delegation of audience management responsibilities to specific users, enhancing efficiency and organisation. Permissions are set on an individual basis for each Structure Admin and apply only to the audiences within their assigned structure. ## Configure Structure Admin Permissions 1. In the Thrive menu, go to **Manage** > **Structures & Audiences**. 2. In the **All structures** table, expand a Structure and click the Audience with the user you want to grant the permissions to. 3. Click the **Admins** tab. 4. Click **+ Add Admins**. 5. In the **Add Admins** modal, select the user(s) you want to grant the permissions to. 6. Click **Next: Set permissions**. 7. In the **Permissions** modal, select the permissions to grant from one of the following categories: - **Audience Manager**: Permissions for managing the Audience itself, including its shared content, members, and assignments. - **People Manager**: Permissions for managing the people within the Audience, including access to their learning records, learning management, and compliance reporting. 8. Click **Add Admins**. The permissions are applied to the user(s), who are added to the **Admins** table. ## View or Edit a Structure Admin’s Permissions On the **Admins** table, click the **[#] permissions** button in the **Permissions** column for the user you want to review. This opens the **Edit permissions** modal, where you can change their permissions. ## Remove a Structure Admin 1. On the **Admins** table, click the bin icon (🗑) in the **Actions** column for the user you want to remove. 2. In the **Remove admin?** confirmation, click **Remove**. This permanently removes the user’s Structure Admin access. This can’t be undone.
