Managing Your Presence

How can I introduce myself to other users?

You can personalise your presence by editing your bio in the About section of your profile. This is a public-facing space where you can share information about your role or interests with other members of your organisation.

Action: Go to your Profile > About and click the pencil icon to update your information.

Why didn’t I receive a notification?

The most common reason is that the email was filtered into your Spam, Junk, or Quarantine folder by your mail server.

Action: Search those folders for an email from noreply@mail.learn.link and add that address to your safe senders list to prevent future issues.

If the email isn't there, confirm that the email address associated with your user profile is correct. Also, note that notifications are typically disabled in Staging/Testing environments.

Growth and Achievements

How do I manage the skills and topics I follow?

You can customise your learning feed by adding or removing skills and topics in the Skills and Interests area. Adding a skill makes related content more visible to you, while following topics ensures relevant suggestions appear on your homepage.

Action: Go to your Profile > Skills and Interests to update your current learning goals.

Team and Connectivity

How do I see who my manager and colleagues are?

The Team tab on your profile page provides a direct view of your organisational structure in Thrive. If you are a manager, you can also oversee the users you are responsible for from this area.

Action: Go to your Profile > Team to view your colleagues and designated manager.
