Thrive's language and translation capabilities are designed to help global organisations connect with their employees by providing a seamless, multilingual experience. This guide explains which parts of the platform support different languages and how the translations are managed.
What are the Language and Translation Capabilities?
Thrive offers two types of translations: automatic and manual.
Automatic (Auto): This feature uses machine translation to instantly translate content. This is great for quickly making information available in multiple languages without needing a person to do the work.
Manual: This requires a user to enter the translations directly into the platform. This option gives you full control over the quality and accuracy of the translated content, which is ideal for key messages, legal documents, or highly-specific industry jargon.
