AND Logic
When you add multiple rules (rows), they follow AND logic. This means users must meet all the conditions specified to be included in the audience.
Example
In the following scenario, only users who belong to the Sales department AND are managers with a direct report will be included in the audience:
OR Logic
When you add multiple values within a single rule (row), they follow OR logic. This means users only need to meet one of the specified values to be included in the audience.
