The Spaces tab gives Super Admins and Learning Admins a dedicated view of how Spaces are being created and used across the organisation, covering scale, content volume, status, visibility, and contribution activity. Click Explore on any table or chart to filter, add fields, or compare data for a deeper look.

When viewing data at a detailed or hourly interval, times are displayed in UTC.
Filters
Use the filters at the top of the screen to focus the dashboard on the Spaces you're interested in:
Filter | Description |
|---|---|

Space Status | Filter by the current status of Spaces (for example, draft or published). |
How Many Spaces Do We Have, and Are They Growing?
The Summary section gives high-level figures covering the breadth of Spaces across the organisation: total Spaces, pages, and subpages (including both published and draft), plus the number of Space members and Space admins. It also shows how many Spaces were created in the last 30 days, and average figures for pages per Space and subpages per page, giving a quick sense of how actively Spaces are being built out.
What's the Status and Visibility of Our Spaces?
The Status and visibility section breaks down Spaces by publication status and access type: how many are published versus draft, and how many are public versus private. Below these figures, trend charts show Spaces created over time, Space membership by month, and Cumulative space membership by month, split by role.
How Much Content Are We Creating, and Who's Contributing?
The Space blocks section shows the total number of content blocks added across Spaces, pages, and subpages, and a breakdown by block type (for example, text, image, or video). The Contributors section shows the total number of space contributors and highlights the top contributors by items created.
Which Spaces Need Attention?
The Health check section flags Spaces that may need a closer look:
Published spaces last updated over 8 weeks ago: Helps you keep Spaces fresh and relevant to maintain engagement.
Drafts created over 8 weeks ago: Surfaces drafts that may no longer be needed, or that need work to get published.
Where Do I Look Up Individual Spaces?
The Space directory table lists every Space, including its status, visibility, page and subpage counts, content blocks, and member and admin counts.
