Team - Overview

Summary

We’ve introduced a new Team Dashboard overview page built specifically for managers. It surfaces all essential team-level insights — assigned learning, events, and engagement — in a simple, intuitive layout.

This replaces multiple legacy reports and ensures managers can quickly understand what actions their team needs to take.

Filters

1. Includes indirect reports by default

   1. Ability to isolate direct reports in a single filter

2. Reduced filtering to align with the simplicity of legacy reporting

3. Ability to filter by a user or isolate a specific event

Visuals

Assigned Learning Grouping

🚦People - List of all users within managers direct/indirect reports with a RAG status of all content they have been assigned.

🚨Compliance Reports - List of users assigned learning pre set to overdue status and organised by most overdue first, parameter changeable to be open (incomplete) learning organised by nearest due first

Events Grouping

🎫Upcoming events with registered team members - Total count of event occurrences that team members are registered for over the upcoming 2 weeks

👥Team members attending events - Total count of team members registered to attend events over the upcoming 2 weeks

👥Team members attending events - Day by day column chart highlighting how many team members are attending events each day

📆Upcoming events - Split bar chart showing % split of registered and cancelled users for events upcoming in the next 2 weeks

• Hover for count of team members

• Right click filter to see the users behind the status

🔜Upcoming events detail - List of all team members and their registered/cancelled status against events upcoming over the next 2 weeks

User Reach Grouping

👥 Total Users - number of team members direct/ and indirect excluding suspended users

🟢 Active Users - number of team members that have viewed content direct/ and indirect excluding suspended users

% Active Users - above metric as a %
