What data is shown? (Filtering overview)

1. The Team Dashboard  will show ALL data for all users that are in your direct and indirect reports

   1. To isolate your own direct/indirect reports in Team Dashboard seperately search for yourself in the audience names

      

   2. Filters will only show on tabs that they are relevant for

   3. Pre set filters

      1. Team Dashboard (Formerly Team Progress)

         1. Administrators are omitted from all pages except assigned learning

            1. Admins if are assigned content it means they are expected to complete so should be included

         2. All pages are pre filtered to exclude suspended users

         3. Completions is pre filtered to last 30 complete days, i.e. up to the end of yesterday

      1. Date filters are available on pages where dates have a ever growing data by date and have pre set date ranges that can be altered and saved to views.

   2. Overview

      1. New one pager designed to give a simple easier to digest landing page for team managers surfacing the data they need. Minimal filters to give simplicity of old ‘Teams’ reporting

         1. Assigned learning

            1. RAG bar of learners by name

            2. List of overdue learning sorted by most overdue

               1. using the ‘Overdue or Open’ parameter at the top, this can be swapped to open learning surfacing the nearest to due first

         2. Events

            1. Call outs of the number of event occurrences with team members registered upcoming in the next 2 weeks

            2. Call out of the number of team members registered to events upcoming in the next 2 weeks

            3. Bar graph calendar chart showing number of team members attending events across the next 2 weeks

            4. Split bar chart showing event and % of registrations/cancellations of events coming in the next 2 weeks

            5. List of team members and the events they have registered or cancelled upcoming in the next 2 weeks

         3. User Reach

            1. Call outs of total users, users that have viewed content and a % based on this

            2. line graph showing monthly the number of team members viewing content each month

   3. Assigned Learning

      1. Assigned learning is an overview of compliance in the current moment, this dataset updates based on status changing to overdue or completion of an assigned piece of learning.

      2. KPI’s and callouts to the totals and users with outstanding assignments

      3. Full table list of all active enrolments

         1. where progress is measure in a % this is included such as pathway/video

            1. a Null here indicates that the content does not progress based on a % complete or has yet to be started

   4. Completions

      1. Is ALL content completions

      2. This includes historical and imported completions

   5. Badges

      1. Is a highlight of the custom badges earned

      2. data will only populate here if you have enabled custom badging

   6. My people

      1. Is a list of all users within your platform

      2. How many have/haven’t viewed content this month

      3. Average time spent learning trend

      4. List of users with latest activity date

   7. Pathways

      1. The counts of content items to complete are exclusively what is visible to the user

         1. for example user A could be assigned pathway 1 and need to complete 10 items, user B the same pathway but only 8 of the 10 are visible to them. Therefore between the 2 there are 18 content items to complete

      2. Overview of all assigned pathways

      3. Tabular list of assigned pathways to users including

         1. List breakdown of all content items to complete and if they are complete/incomplete
