The Team Dashboard will show ALL data for all users that are in your direct and indirect reports
To isolate your own direct/indirect reports in Team Dashboard seperately search for yourself in the audience names

Administrators are omitted from all pages except assigned learning
Admins if are assigned content it means they are expected to complete so should be included
All pages are pre filtered to exclude suspended users
Completions is pre filtered to last 30 complete days, i.e. up to the end of yesterday

Date filters are available on pages where dates have a ever growing data by date and have pre set date ranges that can be altered and saved to views.

Pathways
The counts of content items to complete are exclusively what is visible to the user
for example user A could be assigned pathway 1 and need to complete 10 items, user B the same pathway but only 8 of the 10 are visible to them. Therefore between the 2 there are 18 content items to complete
