What is it and what does it enable you to do?
The multi domain tenant feature allows you to set up multiple brands all within one instance of Thrive to show you how we might set up Multi Domain Tenants. Allowing you to have multiple domains all linking to the same site (tenant).

Why might you enable and use Multi Domain Tenants?
Here are a few examples of why you might consider using Multi Domain Tenants on your current instance of Thrive:
You have users who are from multiple brands , and want to create on-brand experience for those different end users.
You have users who need to authenticate from different Identity Management Systems.
You have SSO enabled, but a large portion of your employee base currently login via email and password and you want to improve the login experience.
Consideration
Enabling Multi Domain Tenant would then require you to manage and update your user provisioning process. This is because once enabled a new field becomes available on a user profile, and you will need to start assigning users to domains as part of your user creating and updating process, whether that is by CSV, Webhooks or SCIM.
What do you need to do to enable this?
If you want to add secondary domains on your instance and enable Multi Domain Tenants please reach out to your CSM, so we can organise a call to take you through the impact and steps to more forward.
