Save time by uploading multiple users to Thrive at once using a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
Preparing and Uploading Your CSV File
On the Thrive menu, go to Manage > Users > Upload.
Enter your Thrive username and password and click Sign in.
The Upload Users screen appears.If you need a template:
Click Download a sample CSV template. This template can be opened and edited in spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Fill in the user details in the template.
Save the file, making sure it's in the Comma-separated values (.csv) format.
On the Upload Users screen, click ADD CSV to select your file.
Click UPLOAD USERS.
Thrive will validate the file for any errors. If issues are found, a message will appear to help you correct them.If there are no errors, click UPLOAD USERS again to complete the process.
You will see a success message once the users are uploaded. You can view the history of all user uploads by clicking UPLOAD HISTORY.
