The Certification feature provides users with a clear, consolidated record of all completed assigned learning. Simple to generate and easy to share, it highlights both your achievements and any outstanding training that still needs to be completed.
Beyond internal tracking, users can also push completed certifications directly to LinkedIn to showcase professional milestones with their wider network.
Why Use This Feature?
For Professionals: Empower yourself to showcase achievements publicly on the world’s largest professional network.
For Compliance: Easily create a downloadable document summarising completed learning for regulatory bodies, compliance teams, or legal requirements.
For Efficiency: Consolidate all mandatory training records, including expiration dates, into a single view.
Accessing Your Certification Record
In the Thrive menu, go to Learn > Certification.
A complete record of your assigned learning appears, including completed courses, outstanding training, and expiration dates.Export the certification record as a PDF for sharing or printing.
Your certification record is now ready to be shared with regulatory bodies, compliance teams, or other relevant stakeholders.
Sharing Your Success on LinkedIn
You can now add your completed certifications to the Licenses & certifications section of your LinkedIn profile directly from Thrive. To do this:
In the Thrive menu, go to Learn > Certification.
In the Actions column, click the ellipsis (â‹®) icon next to the completed content you want to share and select Add to LinkedIn.
A new tab will open, taking you to the LinkedIn Add license or certification form, which will be pre-populated with your certification details.
Important:
In the Issuing organization field, you must manually search for and select Thrive to link the certification correctly.
Review the details and click Save.
Your certificate is now shared in LinkedIn.
