Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is your personal hub for tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge, and experience you gain as a professional. This is essential for meeting any mandatory professional requirements and maintaining your continuous learning journey.
Note:
Your administrator must set up CPD for your audience before you can access your CPD dashboard.
CPD Dashboard Overview
Your CPD dashboard provides a complete, real-time overview of your progress:
Progress Tracking: See your hours completed for the selected CPD year, the total required hours, and the time remaining until your deadline.
Historical Data: View any CPD completed in previous years using the date dropdown at the top-right of the dashboard.
Automatic Tracking: All endorsed content you complete on Thrive is automatically logged.
Logging Off-Platform CPD Activity
From the Thrive menu, go to Learn > CPD.
Click + Add activity.
In the new window, Name your activity.
Enter the relevant CPD Category (for example, Coaching, Conference Speaker).
Provide a Description of the activity.
Enter the Date it was completed.
Enter the Duration in hours (h) and minutes (m) of the activity.
Click Add.
Once logged, the activity will immediately appear in your current year's record, and your overall CPD progress will update.
