Data Exports

What You Can Do

From the Data Exports screen, you can:

• Select one or more reports to export.

• Send a report straight away, or set up a recurring schedule.

• Choose how often a scheduled report sends, and at what time.

• Set the attachment type and choose who receives the report.

Exporting a Report

You can download a report directly, or set up a schedule to have it emailed.

Downloading a Report Directly

1. In the Thrive menu, go to Insights > Data Exports.
   

2. From the tabs, select the report or reports you want such as Platform or Assigned Learning.

3. Click …, then choose Download PDF.

4. In the Download modal, choose what to download (Liveboard or Visualisations), set the Layout, and select the tabs to include.

5. Click Download.

Your report is generated and downloaded to your device.

Scheduling or Sending a Report by Email

1. In Data Exports, go to … > Schedule > Create schedule.
   

2. In the Create schedule panel, set up the report:

   • Schedule name: Give the schedule a name.

   • Send every: Choose how often the report sends and the time it goes out.

   • Select attachment type: Choose the file format, such as PDF.

   • Add recipients: Enter a user name, email, or group name.

   • Views: Choose the view the report is based on.

3. To send the report once now, click Send now. To save the recurring schedule, click Create.

The report is prepared and emailed to the recipients you added.

Things to Know

• Data Exports is available to Super Admins only. Other admin roles will not see the Data Exports option.

• At launch, reports are delivered by email rather than downloaded directly in your browser.
