FAQs
Q: How can an admin find specific courses to curate as part of a development strategy?
A: You cannot directly search and add specific courses. Instead, you must browse through the available channels and apply filters to narrow down the relevant content before importing it.
Q: Is there a way to determine which topic a piece of content falls under before setting up a new auto-curate rule?
A: Yes. The category structures are provided by Udemy via their API and should follow a similar structure to those on Udemy’s site.
Q: Do skills and topics get automatically added to auto-curated content?
A: Yes. If Udemy content includes associated skill and topic tags, these will automatically be created in Thrive and applied to the imported content.
Q: How does completion tracking work?
A: The integration supports xAPI statements, enabling completion tracking for imported content.
Q: What happens if I accidentally auto-curate hundreds of content items into my Thrive site?
A: ⚠ There is no way to undo an auto-curation task. Once content is imported, the only way to remove it is by deleting each item individually.
