Archiving Content

  1. On the piece of content you want to archive, click EDIT.

  2. Click the down arrow next to the Update button and select Archive.

The Update button will change to the Archive button.

  3. Click the Archive button.
    A confirmation window will appear.

  4. Click ARCHIVE to confirm.

The content is now archived and will no longer be visible or accessible to users. You can make it available again anytime by clicking Restore on the content page.

Note:

When a content module is archived, it is automatically removed from any Pathway or assignment it was previously included in. This prevents users from viewing broken content in their assigned journeys.

Deleting Content

You can only permanently delete content after it has been archived.

  1. Go to the archived content and click EDIT.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the down arrow next to Update.

  3. Click Delete Item.

  4. Click the Delete Item button.

A warning will appear, confirming that this action is permanent and can’t be reversed.

  5. If you want to proceed, click PERMANENTLY DELETE.

The content is now permanently deleted from your Thrive platform.
