How to Archive Content

This article explains how to archive in Thrive, ensuring you manage your resources efficiently. Archiving content is an effective way to retain historical data and access content reports while keeping the material hidden from users, preventing them from viewing or completing it.

  • Super Admins & Learning Admins can archive all content on the platform.

  • Authors can only archive their own content.

  • Collaborators can archive content they have posted through collaboration.

  1. On the piece of content you want to archive, click EDIT.

  2. Click the down arrow to the right of the Update button and select Archive.

    The Update button will change to the Archive button.

  3. Click the Archive button.
    A confirmation window will appear.

  4. Click ARCHIVE to confirm.

The content is now archived and will no longer be visible or accessible to users unless you click Restore on the content page.
