By enabling these features, you can dramatically improve the user experience and streamline content management. Key features include the AI Assistant (nicknamed “Kiki”), which is designed to help users quickly access information, answer support queries, and summarise documents by providing context-aware assistance tailored to your organisation. Additionally, you can enable other powerful tools like automatic AI tagging and content summaries, and select your preferred AI providers, such as OpenAI or Google.
