Campaigns allow you to create and manage targeted content initiatives that drive engagement around specific topics, events, or goals. Each campaign can include scheduled content releases and, optionally, a banner that displays at the top of users' Home screens. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously and control visibility by audience.
The Campaigns Screen
To access Campaigns, go to Manage > Campaigns in the Thrive menu.

The screen contains three tabs:
Scheduled releases: View and manage upcoming content releases linked to your campaigns.
Past releases: Review releases that have already gone live.
Campaigns: View and create your campaign templates.
Use Filter by audience in the top right of the screen to filter the list by a specific audience.
Creating a Release
A release is a scheduled drop of content within a campaign. Each release must be linked to a campaign – if one doesn't exist yet, you can create it directly from this flow.
Click + Create new release to open the Create new release screen and follow the steps below.

Campaign Banners
When Show on home feed is enabled during campaign creation, you can upload a banner image that displays at the top of the Home screen for the campaign's audience. You must also add a Banner Headline and Banner Subheading.
Banner type | Accepted formats | Dimensions |
|---|---|---|
Desktop banner | PNG, JPEG, GIF | 1200 x 450px |
Mobile banner | PNG, JPEG, GIF | 600 x 600px |
The desktop banner is required. The mobile banner is optional – if none is uploaded, the desktop banner displays on all devices.
Campaign Content Feeds
When a user accesses a campaign, they see two feeds of content.
Campaign Content
This feed contains the official learning resources that the campaign creator selected and scheduled. Content is released to users on the campaign's start date and represents the core focus of the campaign.
User Shared Content
This feed dynamically pulls in content that has been tagged with the same topic tag as the campaign. It is designed to:
Encourage user-generated content (UGC) by giving users a clear way to contribute.
Increase community discussion and engagement around the campaign's topic.
Automatically populate the campaign with relevant peer-to-peer learning resources.
