Completions

Prev Next

The Completions page provides content collaborators with a clear overview of all content completions across their selected filters.

It highlights the total number of completions, the average completions per content item, which content titles are completed most often, and when learners are most likely to complete learning — by month, by day, and by time of day.

This page helps you understand learner behaviour, identify high-performing content, and plan campaigns or content releases to align with natural activity peaks.

Visuals have a maximum lag of 6 hours, typically significantly less.

Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to refine the dataset:

  • Collaboration Name — analyse completions for content owned by a specific collaboration

  • Author — filter completions to content created by specific individuals

  • Content Title / Content Type / Content Tag — drill into completion behaviour for selected content segments

  • Deleted = false / Archived = false — only active content items are shown by default

  • Completion Date — set to last 30 days by default

  • Thrive Role != administrator — removes administrator activity for an accurate learner-only view

  • Metric: # Completions — ensures visuals reflect completion counts, can be changed to averages of per content and per user

  • Group by Content Title — allows the bar chart to be grouped by different content attributes

These filters help you explore completions from both a content performance and learner behaviour perspective.
