Assigned Content

The Assigned Content page gives content collaborators clear overview of all their content that has been assigned to learners

NOTE: User level level detail table is planned to be added here in Q1 2026

Visuals have a maximum lag of 6 hours, typically significantly less.

Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to refine your dataset:

• Collaboration Name — filter assignments to content owned by a specific collaboration

• Author — focus on assigned content owned or created by specific content creators

• Content Title / Content Type / Content Tag — drill into assigned content items or segments

These filters allow you to analyse assigned learning from both a content perspective and a learner/compliance perspective.

What You Need to Know

This panel outlines key behaviours of the assigned-content dataset:

• Assigned content is based on active enrolments linked to a specific content item

• “Open” means not yet complete but not overdue

• “Overdue” is based on the assignment’s set due date

• The Enrolment Status filter affects the Assigned Content table only

• Export frequency should be kept low to maintain performance

Top Tips

Useful guidance for using this dashboard effectively:

• Use Enrolment Status = Overdue to quickly identify content that requires follow-up

• Right-click any content title within the visuals to filter the entire page

• Combine Assigned Content insights with the Content Engagement page to understand why some items remain incomplete

• Use the Group By Content Title option (if available) to see completion status by manager or audience for specific items

% Complete

Shows the percentage of assigned content items that have been completed across your selected audiences.

This gives an instant indicator of overall completion health.

% Open

Shows the percentage of assignments that are still in progress and not yet overdue.

% Overdue

Displays the percentage of assigned content items that are past their due date.

Total assignments by status

A donut chart summarising all assignment outcomes:

• 🟢 Complete

• 🟡 Open

• 🔴 Overdue

This provides a quick compliance snapshot across all assigned content.
