Overview
The new collaborations feature will bridge the gap between endorsed and user-generated content. Allowing assigned groups of users to post and share new or existing content on behalf of an internal team, brand, or subject. Complete with their own unique name and thumbnail.
Each assigned member will be able to post, update, manage and monitor content created as the group.
When might you use Collaborations?
Collaborations will be particularly useful for those who post to the platform on behalf of a senior leader, such as a CEO, internal experts, or per department giving those assigned members of the team control over the content.
You might even consider creating a collaboration when you want:
Multiple people to manage and maintain an event,
A team or department to own and create their content, (e.g. People Team, L&D Team, Marketing, Product etc)
To give enhanced UGC posting permissions to an individual or group of users.
What’s more, if an individual leaves the organisation, or a new starter comes in as the expert for a specific field, the collaborations feature makes content handovers easy, maintaining one, recognisable source of information and answers in the process.
