Content Creator allows you to generate and edit multi-modal content, including AI-generated text and images, while embedding quizzes with completion requirements to assess learner retention. This tool supports collaborative content creation, streamlining the process of developing engaging and effective learning materials.
Note:
To use the Content Creator, the New content authoring experience beta toggle must first be enabled by a super admin. For more details, see New Content Authoring Experience.
Using Content Creator
From the Thrive menu, click Create.
Content Creator appears on top of the Create screen.Choose the type of content you want to create by selecting one of the following options:
Build it myself: Start from a blank template and manually add your own structure, text, media, and quizzes.
Start with text: Paste or input existing text content for Thrive AI to format and enhance.
Upload a PDF: Import a PDF file to automatically generate a course based on its content.
Note:
To be successfully imported into Thrive, PDFs must be text-based. Images from PDFs can't be imported.
Click Next, then follow the on-screen prompts to create your content.
Once you've completed these steps, your content draft will be ready for editing and enhancement using the full range of AI Content Creator tools, including AI assistance, multimedia elements, and interactive components.
Creating a Quiz in Content Creator
Quizzes are a great way to reinforce key concepts and ensure learner retention. You can make quizzes mandatory by enabling completion requirements when publishing your content.
To create a quiz:
Before publishing your content (or after publishing by clicking Edit), select Generate quiz.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
Thrive AI will automatically generate a set of relevant questions based on your content. You can:
Review and edit the suggested questions.
Add your own custom questions if needed.
Edit the feedback provided for correct and incorrect answers.
