Content Creator allows you to generate and edit multi-modal content, including AI-generated text and images, while embedding quizzes with completion requirements to assess learner retention. This tool supports collaborative content creation, streamlining the process of developing engaging and effective learning materials.

Choose the type of content you want to create by selecting one of the following options:
Create it yourself: Start from a blank template and manually add your own structure, text, media, and quizzes.
Create with AI: Generate, structure, and automatically enhance learning content with prompts using Thrive Al.
Upload & transform: Import a PDF file to automatically generate a course based on its content.
Note:
To be successfully imported into Thrive, PDFs must be text-based. Images from PDFs can't be imported.
Click Next, then follow the on-screen prompts to create your content.
Once you've completed these steps, your content draft will be ready for editing and enhancement using the full range of AI Content Creator tools, including AI assistance, multimedia elements, and interactive components.
Translations in Content Creator
Translations in Content Creator allows you to view, manually add, and edit translated versions of your content. Learners can switch between available languages directly on the published content using the language dropdown.
Accessing Translations
When you have added text to your content, a Translations button will appear in the top toolbar of the Content Creator editor. Click Translations to open the translations panel.
The panel shows all available language versions, organised into two groups:
Edited Translations: Languages where a manual translation exists.
Auto translated: Languages automatically translated by Thrive.
The languages available in the panel depend on which languages have been enabled on your Thrive site. Auto translations are generated for all enabled languages, meaning learners will always have access to a translated version even if it hasn't been manually edited.
Note:
The original language is marked with an Original badge.
Editing a Translation
In the Translations panel, select the language you want to edit. The editor switches to display the content in that language, ready for editing.
Make your changes directly in the editor. You can edit any text block in the same way as the original content.
When you have finished editing, click Publish….
The Time to publish modal appears. Review or update the following settings as needed:Thumbnail

Skills & Topics
Endorsement & CPD

Click Republish to make your changes live.
Viewing Translations as a Learner
Once published, learners can switch between available languages using the language dropdown at the top of the content page. Only languages with a completed translation – either edited or auto translated – will appear in the dropdown.
