Badges are a way for you to celebrate progress and achievements in Thrive. They are digital awards that learners can earn for completing specific learning activities. For learners, badges provide a visual record of their accomplishments and a sense of recognition. For content managers, they're a great tool for motivating engagement and rewarding key behaviours.
Custom Badges
While Thrive offers a standard set of badges, you can also create custom badges to recognise unique achievements in your organisation. This lets you personally reward learners for specific activities, like completing a mandatory course or viewing a key video.
Once a custom badge is published, it's automatically awarded to learners as soon as they meet the criteria you've set.
