How do I find specific training or content?
You can find content by using the Search Bar at the top of the platform, browsing the Explore pages, or viewing personalised recommendations on your Home page. For instant help, you can also ask Kiki, Thrive's AI Assistant, for specific recommendations.
Why can't I see a specific piece of content?
Content visibility is often managed by your Admin through "Audiences" or "Sharing Restrictions". If a specific item is missing, it may not have been shared with your group, it could be in a "Draft" status, or it may have been archived.
How do I register for a workshop or webinar?
Go to Learn > Events to see a list of upcoming virtual or in-person sessions. Click on an event to view the "Occurrence details" and click Sign Up; if a session is full, you can often join a Waitlist to be notified of openings.
Progress and Recognition
How do I track my professional development (CPD) hours?
Go to Learn > CPD to access your personal dashboard. Here you can see your total required hours, your progress for the current year, and any "endorsed" content you’ve completed on the platform which is logged automatically.
Can I log learning activities I completed outside of Thrive?
Yes! If your Admin has enabled this feature, you can manually log off-platform activities (like external workshops or reading) by going to Learn > CPD and selecting the appropriate category for your activity.
Where can I find and download my certificates?
Go to Learn > Certification to see a consolidated record of all your assigned learning. From this page, you can generate a PDF export of your certification record to share with regulatory bodies or for your own records.
Personal Growth and Achievement
How do I earn badges and where can I see them?
Badges are awarded for completing specific activities, such as finishing a course or engaging with a certain number of articles. You can view your earned badges on your User Profile or the Achievements page.
Can I see my progress toward a badge before I earn it?
Currently, badges are typically visible on your profile only once they have been achieved. However, some badges may be configured by Admins to show as "In Progress" if you have partially met the criteria.
