FAQs for Spaces

What is the difference between a Public and Private Space?

Visibility is indicated on each Space card. Public Spaces are open for any user to find and join, while Private Spaces are restricted to specific members as defined by a Super Admin to ensure a secure environment for sensitive team or topic-related collaboration.

How do I interact with colleagues within a Space?

Once you enter a Space, you can use the Social Feed to engage with others. This area allows for social learning through discussion, knowledge sharing, and teamwork centred around the specific theme of that Space.

Who manages the resources found inside a Space?

Spaces are managed by Super Admins. They are responsible for curating the resources, managing membership, and ensuring the content remains relevant and up-to-date for the specific team or interest group.
