The Explore page is a powerful tool that helps you organise and present your content. You can think of it as a set of digital folders and subfolders that make it easy for users to browse and find relevant content. This is done by organising content based on the tags you've assigned to them.

For example, a main folder titled "Client Examples" could contain subfolders like "Case Studies" and "Product Launches." All content within these subfolders is both relevant to the subfolder and the main folder, making it simple to group similar materials together. You can use the Explore page to contain things like internal policies, new business updates, or new product guides.

Configuring Your Explore Page

Configuring your Explore page involves setting up a hierarchy using tags and collections.

Setting up Tag Collections

To have tags appear as your main folders or subfolders on the Explore page, you must first group them into Collections.

  1. To create a new collection, go to Manage > Tags > Collections and click Create Collection.

  2. In the Create Collection window:

    1. Give the collection a Collection Name (for example, “Primary”).

    2. Add the Tags you want to use as your main folders (for example, "Client Examples," "HR Policies").

    3. Click CREATE COLLECTION.

  3. Repeat these steps for your secondary collection. For subfolders, we recommend creating a second collection (e.g., "Secondary") and adding the tags you want to use as subfolders (for example, "Case Studies," "Onboarding").

Once created, your collections will appear on the Manage collections screen.

Assigning Collections

Once you've created your collections and added your tags, you need to tell the platform which collections correspond to your primary and secondary folders.

  1. In Manage > Tags, click the Explore tags button.

  2. In the Primary Tag Collection and Secondary Tag Collection dropdown menus,  select the collections you just created.

  3. Click Save.

Once your collections are saved, you can begin adding content to your Explore page.

For a piece of content to appear, it must be tagged with both a primary tag (from your Primary Tag Collection) and a secondary tag (from your Secondary Tag Collection). By doing so, the content will automatically populate the corresponding subfolder on your Explore page, ready for users to discover.
