Core Functionality

Can I complete learning content on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Most content types are mobile-friendly and can be completed directly from your device using the Thrive Mobile App or a mobile browser.

Note:

If a module includes mixed media content, it may not be supported on mobile. In such cases, you'll see a message letting you know, and the content will be unavailable for completion on mobile devices.

Does the “Explore” page exist in the Mobile App?

Yes, the Explore page is accessible by selecting Search from the bottom navigation bar. From there, users can browse curated Explore collections or use the search bar to find specific content.

Can links in email notifications open directly in the Mobile App?

No. If you receive an email notification from the Thrive web platform, any links in that email will attempt to open in a web browser, regardless of whether you have the Mobile App installed or not.

User Roles and Access

Does the Thrive Mobile App include administration functionality?

No, the Mobile App does not include administrator functionality. Admin features are best managed through the web application, while the Mobile App is designed to support learners - allowing them to access assigned learning and engage with content anytime, anywhere.

Settings

How do Light and Dark Mode work on the Mobile App?

By default, the Thrive Mobile App automatically matches your device’s Light or Dark Mode setting. However, you can override this preference at any time by going to Profile > Settings > Theme Preference in the Mobile App.

Are event dates in the Thrive Mobile App shown in the user’s local time zone?

Yes, event dates in the Mobile App are automatically adjusted to the user’s local time zone based on their device settings.

Does the Thrive Mobile App support right-to-left (RTL) languages?

Yes, the Mobile App supports RTL languages. Contact your Account Director if you would like to enable additional languages on your Thrive site.
