Content interactions | On every piece of content Thrive encourages social interaction through the likes of commenting, liking and sharing and provides the ability to pin content to be viewed at a later date. |
Skills and Goals | Users are able to add skills and goals to their profile, as well as view their current and completed goals. |
Search | Users can search for content via the mobile app to find answers at the point of need. Kiki, your AI Assistant, is available throughout the app – tap the floating Kiki icon from any screen to start a conversation, access your conversation history, or search within a chat. |
Logging into the app | Users can get access to Thrive by creating a username and password or employers can choose to enable biometric access for their users which opens up access to non-desk based employees. |
Push notifications | Help your learners to engage, re-engage or simply notify them of important company updates straight to their mobile device. |
Discussions, comments, and questions | Encourage your users to ask questions on the platform using the Question feature to seek out answers from anyone in the business. This can help form discussions and create a bank of FAQs that future users can also benefit from |
Build a network | Thrive allows users to follow other people on the mobile app to build a network and ensure that contributed content posted by that followed person is recommended. |
Mentoring | Users can onboard as a mentor or mentee, browse matches, connect, and manage sessions directly from the mobile app. |
Offline mode | Users can choose to download content, or remove content to manage device storage. Content will also be synced when the user is next online. Offline mode supports people in locations with limited internet access, or where bandwidth is limited. |
Access your AI Assistant | Kiki is available throughout the mobile app. A floating Kiki icon appears on every screen, so learners can start a conversation from anywhere. Kiki greets users by name at the start of each chat and offers suggested prompts to get started. Conversation history and in-chat search are also available. Kiki must be enabled by your administrator |
