FCT_ENGAGEMENT_RECORD_STORE_ACTIVITY_RATED relates to rated activity within the platform. This is where a user rates a content item. The table can be joined to DIM_CONTENT_SERVICE_CONTENTS on Content ID, many to 1, to show content items which have been rated. It can also be joined to DIM_USER_SERVICE_USER on User ID, many to 1, to show which users have rated content.
Ratings and feedback aren't anonymised. This dataset includes the user ID for each rating, which can be linked to user details. It holds each person's last rating of the day for each piece of content, with feedback kept for their latest rating only. In Insights > Content Dashboard > Ratings, admins, authors and collaboration managers can see ratings and feedback by person, so they can review and act on it. Authors and collaboration managers only see ratings for content they're responsible for. This person-level detail isn't shown in any other dashboard, or publicly on the content itself.
