FCT_RECORD_STORE_ACTIVITY_IS_REGISTERED relates to all activity within the platform which has a Registration ID and can be attrbuted to a valid Content ID. This is used as a base table for FCT_RECORD_STORE_ACTIVITY_ATTEMPTED. The table can be joined to DIM_CONTENT_SERVICE_CONTENTS on Content ID, many to 1, to show content items which have activity. It can also be joined to DIM_USER_SERVICE_USER on User ID, many to 1, to show which users have activity
