How can managers reset their team members' passwords?

Managers can generate links for their direct and indirect team members to activate their accounts if they’ve never logged in to Thrive before, or to reset their passwords if they’re having any login issues. To generate those links, managers need to go to Insights > Teams, switch to the “People tab”, and find the team member. Click on the three-dot menu to the far right of the team member’s name and select either “Activation Link” or “Reset Password Link”, whichever is displayed. After the link is generated, they need to copy it and send it to the team member to finish the activation/reset process.
